Terms and Conditions

 1. Bookings will only be accepted from lead persons aged 18 or over, who will be responsible for all other guests and liable for payment and any damages incurred.

 2. For all bookings, a VAT invoice will be issued requesting a 25% non-refundable deposit which must be paid within 2 weeks of the invoice date.  The balance will be due for payment 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellations for Service reasons will be transferrable to alternative dates.  All other cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival are non-refundable.

 3. Check in from 1400, check out by 1100 (other times negotiable with Lodge Manager).

 4. A no smoking policy is in force throughout, and candles/naked flames are NOT permitted.

 5. BBQs and open fires are NOT permitted.

 6. Please respect other guests in the Lodge. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in guests being asked to vacate early.

 7. Departure – please strip bedding and leave in the foyers . All rooms to be left in the same condition as on arrival.   Rubbish to be placed in the bins at the bailey bridge, glass recycling is available at Aviemore Tesco car park. The Lodge reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning if not left in a satisfactory condition.

 8. Lost keys will be charged at £20 each.

 9. Damages – please notify Lodge Manager on departure of any breakages/damage incurred or any facility which is not working properly.
